• Do you have promos and discounts?

• What are your modes of payment?

  We take cash and managers checks. If you are paying via personal check, please allow three (3) banking days for clearing. We accept credit card transactions of up to a maximum of Php100, 000* in a single transaction. We accept visa and MasterCard.

  *due to an increase in credit card fraud, we do not permit credit card transactions beyond Php 100,000. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• Can you help me with my car loan application?

  Yes! Each loan process starts with filling out a credit application which we submit to our partner banks. We have tie-ups with BDO, Union Bank, East West, China Bank, BPI, RCBC, PBCom and etc.

  Since you are abroad, we can email you this form or we can coordinate with one of your local relatives. Please keep in mind that most banks will require a local co-maker whom could be your wife or children who are currently employed and are residing in the Philippines.

• What are the requirements needed? What are considered as valid ID’s?

  For our OFWs/Seamen clients the following requirements are needed:

  • Latest contract
  • Proof of remittance
  • Two (2) Valid IDs with same specimen signature
  • Proof of billing (Philippines)
  • Seaman’s Book

  For Co-makers:

  • Two (2) Valid IDs
  • If employed, COE
  • ITR
  • Marriage Contract (if applicable)

  Valid IDs (Government Issued IDs)

  • Passport
  • SSS
  • Driver’s License
  • GSIS
  • Unified ID

  Please note that this is not a comprehensive list. The bank may request other supplemental information from you and/or your co-maker.

• Can I increase the down payment for lower monthly payment? / What if I have a special preferred payment plan?

  Yes! Tell us your target monthly payment and we’ll compute for you. The typical loan term is 60 months (5 years) however we can help you get a shorter term as short as 12 months! However in these options, the down payment may be higher.

• How long would it take for my car to be released? I want my car released before I come home to the Philippines, would that be possible?

  Once your application is approved and you’ve completed the necessary requirements and signed all the documents in person we can release your car after one to two (1-2) business days, if unit is available. If the unit is not immediately available, we will communicate with you the timeline of release.

  We really want to meet you and if there are loan documents that need your signature, you will need to pick up your vehicle in person. In some rare instances, we can release it to your relatives, but we will need an authorization letter and some documents that proves they are related to you. We really don’t want to see all your efforts put to waste by releasing the car to the wrong person!

• Can you ship my vehicle to my province? Taking a RoRo is too long!

  Yes, we would be happy to ship your vehicle for you. Shipping cost will vary by distance and by type of car that will be shipped. However, the price you pay for shipping will cover insurance and port to port handling. This ensures you get your vehicle safely and still in brand new condition.
